T-minus 7 Days and Counting.
With exactly one week until my trans-atlantic flight, CNN posts this report on airport security.
Guess where Dulles ranked? The third worst in the nation from 1991–2000 for weapon detection. I suspect things are quite a bit beefed up there now. Or at least I hope so, for everyone involved.
I was spooked out after the attacks, but now I'm looking forward to the trip. I just hope Dubya doesn't start something in the meantime...

Just being honest. Thought or unthought, that's the reality of the situation. Besides, it's a bit after-the-fact for me to start worrying about looking foolish. :)
